Secure Payment

Paypal

PayPal is a secure payment method that is accepted worldwide. It allows you to pay online quickly and easily without sharing your credit card details.

  • Select PayPal as your payment method.
  • Log into your PayPal account.
  • Confirm the payment; after logging in, you will be asked to confirm the payment. Check your order details and approve the transaction.

Once the payment is approved, you will receive a confirmation of the transaction. The purchase amount will be deducted from your PayPal account immediately.

Note: Make sure that your PayPal account has sufficient funds or is linked to a credit card or bank account to complete the transaction.iDeal

Are you placing an order from the Netherlands? Then choose iDeal and pay via the trusted online payment environment of your bank.

Creditcard: Mastercard, American Expres or Visa

Enter your credit card number CID / CVC code and you possibly an extra password or e-code. The amount is debited from your credit card the same day.

Credit Card

Pay via Mastercard, American Express, or Visa. Enter your credit card number, CID/CVC code, and possibly an extra password or e-code. The amount will be debited from your credit card the same day.

Bancontact

Are you placing an order from Belgium? Then choose to pay via Bancontact. You pay with this via the trusted online payment environment of your bank.

Giropay

Pay online via your bank's trusted online payment environment for customers with a German bank account.

Paying with a CHASIN’ Gift Card

All CHASIN' Giftcards purchased from July 2023 onwards are accepted and are valid indefinitely. The giftcards can be used both online and at any of our Brandstores. Would you like to purchase a giftcard? You can purchase one in one of our stores for any amount between €15 and €150.

 

What is my balance?

Would you like to check your balance? You can check it online during the checkout process or at one of our stores.

 

How do I use the giftcard?

Redeeming in our stores
Show your CHASIN’ Giftcard at the checkout. The employee will scan the barcode on the Giftcard, and the balance will be deducted from the total amount of your purchase.

Redeeming online
During the checkout process, select the CHASIN’ Giftcard from the available payment methods. You will be redirected to a separate page where you can enter your name, the 16-digit card code and the internet code. The “internet code” is the code located underneath the scratch-off layer.

If the purchase amount is higher than the value of your giftcard, you will be redirected after payment to pay the remaining amount using another payment method.

 

CHASIN’ Giftcard Terms & Conditions

The CHASIN’ Giftcard is available at one of our stores and can be redeemed at all CHASIN’ stores and online at www.chasin.com.

  • These terms and conditions apply to all physical Giftcards issued by CHASIN’ and sold by CHASIN’.
  • The CHASIN’ Giftcard is valid indefinitely and can be redeemed at any time for products from the CHASIN’ range.
  • The CHASIN’ Giftcard cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be returned.
  • The CHASIN’ Giftcard is issued only once. It is not possible to transfer the (remaining) balance of the Giftcard to another CHASIN’ Giftcard. Only original CHASIN’ Giftcards and codes are accepted.
  • Please note: If you have paid with a CHASIN’ Giftcard, please keep your Giftcard until you have received your order. If you wish to return any items, the corresponding amount will be credited back to the Giftcard.

Paying with Performance Points

Are you a member of CHASIN’ and have you earned Performance Points? In the final step at checkout, you will see your member card balance at the bottom. Choose ‘redeem loyalty points’ to pay with your Performance Points. The redeemed Performance Points will be evenly distributed across your ordered items. If you return (part of) your items, the Performance Points will also be proportionally returned to your member card. It is currently not possible to earn Performance Points when making a purchase. However, earned Performance Points can be redeemed.

Note! You cannot redeem Performance Points on shipping costs.
